Lab and R&D

With this mind, the company has continually focused its efforts on research and technological development (R & TD), making the strengthening of basic research and fundamental technologies an important management issue, and has proceeded to create new technologies and technological areas.

From development to production, CHEMWLL delivers tailor-made solutions based on lean principles always.Our innovative Lab and R&D center approach for rapid, reliable route development according to customer's requirement. All steps investigated simultaneously - each batch produced without interruption from start to finish. Accelerates learning curve in comparison to conventional sequential route development - quickly generating reproducible results.Our Lab and R&D center guarantees fast development of synthetic routes: a high learning rate by SBF mode (single batch flow) of simultaneous batches results in fast process optimization.

CHEMWILL are also discovering new research ideas in the functional product fields and are focusing on the advancement of next generation products development always.For example,In the field of UV curable resins, we are engaged in the research and development of products with high added values such as new oligomers, UV curable monomers.We participated in the Technology Research activity for Advanced Display Materials and are developing liquid crystal displays and OLED materials from films in collaboration with many companies.In the field of inorganic functional products,we are focusing on advance research and development of new products.
